Let’s say you’ve been using Endomondo for few years and you want to move to Strava with all your activities. If you export each workout’s gpx file and import it to Strava, it will take ages. Especially if you have tons of workouts (I bet you do).
This situation happened to me last month, when I realised that Strava beats Endomondo in all aspects.

Lately I noticed my cycling computer Garmin Edge 510 started to work slowly. I’ve been traveling through Google, but actually haven’t found any reasonable advice.
So, I tried my own solution to make Garmin work faster and that worked!
What I did was I simply connected my device via USB cable and deleted my old Activity files.
I really don’t need those files stored in device memory, since I already synced them to Garmin Connect .
That really improved Garmin’s performance (loading, starting, pausing etc).
I believe this works for other Garmin models, such as 500, 800, 810, 1000 etc.
